I'd like to ask for prayer as DH, DS8 and I head up to Saskatchewan, Canada, for a Nancy Thomas attachment/family camp.  It's from August 3 - 9.  When we made our reservations, we were in pretty sad shape and badly needed some support.  Several months later and with medication for DS8, his issues aren't nearly so troublesome.  I'm having a hard time knowing what to expect, wondering if the camp will be appropriate, worrying about the trip itself (we're driving/camping), etc.  Would you pray for us as you remember?  My goal is to learn some new tools to put in the parental toolbag.  I look forward to meeting Nancy Thomas, to talking face to face with other parents, and move forward with attachment with our son.

Thanks, everyone!

Praying for you all.  We went to camp with Nancy in Cal. a few years go & it was a very positive experience.  Some happy memories were made there.

Wishing you all the best! I hope it will be a good experience and you will come back fortified for whatever life with ds might throw at you over the next few years.
