by daniel hughes. about a girl named Katie who stuggles with RAD after being taken into foster care after being abused maliciously for the first 5 years of life. its very graphic and starts with her birth and through the adoption process. very VERY good read, and very understanding. i couldnt put it down, much to my dd3īs displeasure!

Sparrow, thanks for the post.  It is helpful to read books like that one as they help us strengthen our compassion for our kids.   And with all your little girl is dishing out and dealing with, you NEED all the compassion for her that you can find.   Me too!
